Classes Introducing two new programs at Brecksville Massage & Wellness Center YOGA CLASSES Gentle restorative hatha yoga classes. Beginner to intermediate level. Fluid, long stretching movements coordinated with the breath to create a meditative flow that increases strength and flexibility, reduces stress and tension in the body and brings about a sense of well being, peace and relaxation for the practitioner. The benefits of yoga are countless. To name a few, it brings about increased awareness at both physical and psychological levels, provides relief for joint pain, and aids in weight reduction.
